Ingredients: Green tea from Kenya, red rooibos from South Africa, hibiscus, cherry, raspberry, brahmi, ashwagandha, calamus, lemon, verbena, lemongrass, rose petals, and licorice.

Preparation

Iced tea

1. Heat 1/2 cup of chlorine-free water to 170 °F
   
2. Add 1 tsp of tea
3. Infuse for 3 minutes
4. Strain over a glass full of ice
5. Add lemon and sweet to taste
